Anger A little cheesed off today, as a work colleague of mine from the hotel was complaining about the long hours we did today; 9am til 2pm. Well for f*ck's sake, woman, she can moan all she wants about working 'too long' in a morning's work, but I recently finished my 6 week summer shift without taking a single morning off. This has been the longest daily shift I ever worked there in 5 years and since I hate summer holidays and all, I'm so thankful for the massive timetable.
Over the last week though, it screwed up my sleeping habits a bit since I only slept in for a lil' less than 6 hours each night. Now my left leg seems to be knackered up from all the stairs I walk up to collect dirty laundry (we had an elevator, of course, but that gets occupied a lot). Had to take a spa at a pool every weekend to relax. Exhausting but well worth it for the dough.
Oh, I'm done with the Swiss restaurant, BTW. I can now tell you why it closed down; been on the market when I took the job a couple of years ago but no one seemed eager in buying it from the owners. Last weekend was the last one I worked on dishwashing and last night, a party was held to all the regular customers and staff who went there since it opened 25 years ago. Fantastic buffet and all in all, it was fun... emotionally charged, but fun.
So in a way, my colleage was getting silly, dontcha think? F*ck a sake indeed! Yeah, that upset me - legitimately.
Now I'm gonna have a weekend break in London for an overdue holiday of my own and in 3 more week's time, I'll be back in university to work on passing my Multimedia Design degree. Another halfa month to go but at least the holidays are over.
This was something I really wanted to get off my chest but it won't help me drawing here!!! I probably need some encouragement from you all, if you can...

Since my weekends are free again, I might be able to bartend the same hotel to fill my time up. Tried to get that for years and I'm certainly old and sociable enough to do it now.
I wouldn't be pissed at this woman. I'd just consider her pathetic. Elementary school has longer hours.
