Now this is a surprise. Not long ago after my last blog, I had the opportunity to try out a graphic firm that stood 10 miles away from home. I travelled there but was not able to get to work as an intern, so I picked up some business cards and leaflets on the way out and started calling them back home. One of which whom managed to help me out over the phone and now... I am an intern over there! Between now and then, I helped out with two projects and am waiting to get this second one finished up this weekend. This place is even nearer to me than the others I tried but I only been in their office just once to speak with the woman I first contacted.
So... graphic design internship and I get to work at home this summer. (the uni has dismantled most of the Macs for upgrading the software before the new term in September) Sounds good, but distracting. Still, it's a good gig, very fortunate to find some months into my job-hunt and it's something I must hold on to until they decide I'm no longer needed. Also the best opportunity to build the resume up for a hopeful chance at employment in 12 months' time. That's my goal.
Uh, anyone going to High Voltage Festival in London this month? :d
I'm trying my darndest to make this wedding speech the best one ever for my good friend and his girlfriend. I'm sure I can get over this in a breeze so long as the word 'stag' should never be uttered, that lightweight!
Judging by my new avatar - I love Solatorobo: Red the Hunter, for the DS. After all, besides Starfox of course, how many anime-kemono-mecha titles do we know about? It may inspire me somewhat.
Buh-bye!

And yeah, SolatoRobo does look awesome. I hope I can get a job or placement sorted soon and get money in, then I can go and buy it!
Also, are you going to send me my drawings or what?
