Ok let's see - we have an image hosted on a profile that is 1 day old and asks you to visit a website with a strange url with a promise of a financial reward on an another website. How do you even imagine that would work? And now, of course, people start crying that their computers got infected with malware. Which is great - every genius who fell for this obvious phishing scam deserved it. I hope your shitty computer burns and you along with it.

The trailer to "Equestria Girls" (the humanized MLP spinoff film) finally was released today. Aaaannnd everyone's freaking out. Again.
You know, it actually looks pretty decent. Bronies... please understand: I know you're a major unexpected demographic for the show. I know you enjoy seeing shout-out's become canon within the show, and appreciate how the creators do little things here and there for you. But... the show isn't made for you. This is not Cartoon Network and the target demographic isn't 25 year olds in college. You're a nice addition to the target demographic of little girls, but you are not the driving force behind MLP.
I don't want this to sound mean, but it needs to be said. This is where it becomes very important to understand the fine line between being a fan of the show and thinking that because you've invested so much energy into the show that you're entitled to things.
I'm sure the movie won't be as bad as everyone makes it out to be. It honest

Opinions are a Dangerous thing: Art StylesThis isn't about narking on anyone no, infact this is just my own muses really! You could say this is a journal for ENCOURAGEMENT! *SHINES*
I find sticking to one style restrictive if you are a beginning/moderate artist! (even professionals I might say! though I can't speak for everyone)
Having a distinctive look on how your art is done and produced is understandable and its a desire to appear unique to the point some one can just SEE your work and instantly think 'Oh! that's Ten-days!' or something along the line. However, when you are trying to find who you are and what kind of art you are to produce, I recommend trying, well, a lot of different things! Different styles, mixing styles, different colouring techinque, brushes, tools, shading. Don't feel dependant on what you are already doing and don't feel pressured by people just for trying new things!
Push out of your comfort zone. Can't draw hands? don't avoid it! draw the heck out of them! (how else are you going to learn?)

NOT! I can't stand June!

Wow... I can finally say that my hiatus is almost over and I can't wait to get back to making more content around here. I might show you my better 3D work from my past uni project once they get doctored up and start getting some practise done on my XSI program in my spare time.

How does a 3D version of my characters grab ya?! Not so fast... I've gotta long way to go 'til I'm ready for something like that.

Time to forget about uni for a while. It hasn't been a good year for us multimedia students, what with the problems we had with a lack of tuitional guidance from our tutors: one caught a nasty flu and never came back since November, one left because of 'technical differences' with the software we use and only our head tutor remained for the rest of the year. He has branched out to other classes and we sorta didn't become a big priority anymore. I missed the other peers a lot and the head was just as big an A-hole as an old karate instructor I had when I was 9 (which says a lot, really - my first ex actually liked him). Damnit Sod's Law, my final year could have been much much better without these stinking issues!

Thankfully now that our final exhibition is up and running and I met the requirements for the project, I think I overcame all that trouble and stuck it through to the end. So this year sucked balls, I've got over it. I'm interested however in Graphic Design now if I get an email responce from the guys sooner rather than later.

Now I've run outta things to say. ^^ Lookin' forward to some new art from you guys! So sorry I couldn't join in these past months but my academic studies were more important than anything else at the time!
