Summer is almost been and gone but it hasn't been any quieter, I can tell you that for sure.
Just a new post telling you what I'm up to at the minute:Next Monday will be the start of my week's holiday in Portugal with the family, which will kick so much butt cause I've been deprived from the nice, hot sunshine for far too long. A proper holiday where I am expected to do nothing at all but rest in the comfort of our hotel... wait, I don't want to do nothing but enough things for us to simply enjoy ourselves and make the most of what's left for the summer. After that, I think I start enrolling the final year for graphic design the following week, finally putting an end to my long-ass break since April. No kidding.
I still have to build up a proper 'folio of my works or maybe start getting into the iPhone technology spirit and create an app for a personal portfolio. Anyone tried doing it? And doesn't that make a brilliant way to sell yourself around the word in say, 10 seconds flat?!! Asides from my intern, I still need to make many more personal projects to improve the craft but I'm once again stuck in a rut with my software failing up on me now. That should be fixed up by the weekend.
My friend's wedding 3 weeks ago has been amazing. Great weather, good venue, no hitches save for the groom's dickish father who drunk too much. A bit young to wed at 23 I know, but that's his prerogrative and I couldn't be a happier best dude for him that day.
No new art for a while, still. Just helping out
by scanning his work and that's it... Still sketching though.If I don't see you through the week, I'll see you through the window!
Oh yeah, and be sure to bring your DS and 3DS, I want to do some transferring, and I'm all ready for another Pokemon battle with ya!
